2. Monthly Pricing

All prices quoted and services rendered by Insight Genius Media are on a monthly subscription basis. Each monthly fee grants you access to our marketing services and tools during the respective billing period.

Payment: Clients are billed in advance for each monthly period. Payments must be made on or before the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise specified, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel the subscription at any time, but cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused time in any monthly subscription period.

3. Ownership of Tools & Assets

During the term of our service, Insight Genius Media will create, configure, and manage various digital marketing tools such as websites, sales funnels, and email automation platforms.

Ownership: All assets, tools, and configurations created and managed by Insight Genius Media, including but not limited to websites, sales funnels, email configurations, ad accounts, and software integrations, are the sole property of Insight Genius Media.
Post-Termination: Upon termination of services, whether by cancellation or non-renewal, all digital assets, configurations, and tools provided under your subscription will remain the property of Insight Genius Media and will no longer be available for use by the client.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Websites and hosting platforms
Sales funnels and customer journey tools
Email marketing setups (including any configurations done on platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

4. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any service at our discretion, including if you breach these Terms of Service or fail to make timely payments. Termination will result in the immediate cessation of services and loss of access to any tools and assets as outlined above.

5. No Guarantee of Success

While we strive to provide exceptional marketing services, Insight Genius Media makes no guarantees or promises regarding the success of any campaign, strategy, or project. Success is relative and can vary depending on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, customer behavior, competition, and external economic factors.

Clients are responsible for understanding that marketing results may not always meet expectations or goals set at the outset of a campaign.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insight Genius Media will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that result from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or profits arising from your use of the services we provide.

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
Make timely payments in accordance with the monthly subscription terms.
Refrain from using our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Cooperate with our team and provide necessary access to accounts or platforms required for service delivery.

8. Modifications to Terms

Insight Genius Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
